As an American visiting Tokyo, Ive found this app to be indispensable for quickly & efficiently navigating the Tokyo rail systems. This definitely changed my life from the usual, old-fashioned method of staring at the subway map, trying to figure out how to get from point A to B. Now, I simply enter which station Im starting from, and which station Im going to, and voila… this app takes all the guess work out of the equation. Another plus is the fact that the map displays both in Romaji (English) and Japanese. So useful!

This app was by far the best and most useful during our recent trip to Tokyo. What at first appeared like a maze of utter chaos was easily solved with this app. It saved us so much time. Highly recommend it!

So I recently updated the lite version of this app to v3.0. It finally completed all my "must have" features for this app. So I decided to reward the developer and buy the full version. Lo and behold, the full version hasnt reached v3.0 yet. Big disappointment. I hope its coming soon. For other users: head to the lite version for some very useful new features of v3.0.

Will be using it the next time Im in Tokyo.

And hard to read

My husband and I went to Tokyo for our honeymoon, and this app was perfect! First of all, it works offline. We loved the feature that allows you to route your journey. However, I wish it had the option to only use Tokyo Metro or JR or Toei, instead of blending them all. That would be nice since you could only route what your ticket allows. Its still convenient if you have a Suica though!

This app is pretty good. It really helps in finding a route with the information of what line and where to change trains. It does not always give the shortest route or the least transfers. This and a Suica card make getting around Tokyo fairly easy.

I have been in Japan now about a week and this app is a life saver. Perfect. Does what it says and happy to have it.

Tokyo train system is so complicated, only this app could help me with it.

This app was very useful on our vacation. Saved a lot of time in getting us to the right stations and planning routes! Would use again in next trip!

Unable to route stations between JR Ome Line and JR Sotobo Line. Example: Fussa to Onjuku. App automatically shuts down when these routes are requested. Also, app automatically switch to Japanese language even when unprompted. Useful app but not all advertised features work.

But it seems like it will demystify the enigma that is the Japanese train system.

This app works every time and it gets you there. If you spend time in Tokyo you need this app.
